Quality Policy
- We undertake to ensure and continuously improve the effectiveness of our management system, established in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001:2015, TS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2020, and TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, through good professional practices.
- We commit to carrying out our calibration activities, as stated on the TÜRKAK website, in line with our quality objectives, in the shortest possible time, economically, impartially, independently, and based on the principles of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
- With our expert staff and devices traceable to national and international SI units, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by conducting our production, service, and calibration activities in compliance with legal regulations, standards, customer requirements, and our internal conditions.
- We ensure that all personnel involved in our activities understand the system documentation, work in accordance with our policies and procedures, and develop quality awareness through training.
- We aim to meet our customers’ needs and expectations from the first step, every time, and on time, and to fulfill their product, service, and calibration needs within our defined scope.
- We maintain controlled and documented processes to ensure the traceability of each Ex product from design to final testing.
- We act with awareness of our responsibilities towards nature and the environment, aim to maintain the respect we have earned, and represent our country in the field of calibration at both national and international levels.
- We follow and implement technological developments to reduce costs and increase profitability for ourselves, our business partners, and our customers.
- We evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our quality management system through internal audits, management review meetings, customer feedback, and corrective/improvement actions.
- We work with customers and suppliers based on mutual trust and respect to ensure product conformity.
- We deliver our products in a safe, error-free, standard-compliant, on-time, well-documented manner and provide service and calibration support.
- We aim to complete each project on time, using appropriate techniques, at the required quality level, and within budget.
